Fresh plans to develop Stamford Bridge already underway. In less than a month after plans to revamp Stamford Bridge were made by the Boehly-led Chelsea ownership, moves have already been made to see to the end of the decision as Chelsea's owners have revealed details of the development plans ahead of the home game against Tottenham this weekend.
