 Cole Palmer is Manchester City's hottest and exciting talents.  It had been reported that an agreement has been reached with Manchester City over a deal for Palmer in the region of £45million. The west London outfit had seen an initial offer worth £35million for the 21-year-old turned down, with a second bid on Wednesday night agreed upon and a medical reported to be booked for Thursday. Palmer is keen on a move to Stamford Bridge as he searches for more consistent game time after receiving the nod in a handful of games for Pep Guardiola. Chelsea have registered an interest in signing Balogun, and he is open to moving to Stamford Bridge, according to the Evening Standard. The Blues have made contact with Arsenal about a potential deal, with the Gunners believed to want in the region of £50m before allowing Balogun to leave.  Balogun enjoyed a breakthrough campaign while on loan at Stade Reims last season, netting 21 league goals to steer his side to a mid-table finish.
