 Cole Palmer is Manchester City's hottest and exciting talents.  It had been reported that an agreement has been reached with Manchester City over a deal for Palmer in the region of £45million. The west London outfit had seen an initial offer worth £35million for the 21-year-old turned down, with a second bid on Wednesday night agreed upon and a medical reported to be booked for Thursday.
