Chelsea have registered an interest in signing Balogun, and he is open to moving to Stamford Bridge, according to the Evening Standard. The Blues have made contact with Arsenal about a potential deal, with the Gunners believed to want in the region of £50m before allowing Balogun to leave.  Balogun enjoyed a breakthrough campaign while on loan at Stade Reims last season, netting 21 league goals to steer his side to a mid-table finish. Loads of senior players have been sold by Chelsea as they look to trim the wage bill and general squad size, partly for Financial Fair Play but also for sporting reasons. The incredible 21-year old wants to join Chelsea.  Chelsea have nearly agreed a deal with Brighton for the transfer of Moises Caicedo this summer. That is according to journalist Rudy Galetti. After weeks of speculation, Moises Caicedo may be on the verge of joining Chelsea and securing a high-profile switch to Stamford Bridge. Journalist Simon Phillips claimed on his Substack back in May that Caicedo was emerging as Chelsea’s main target in the midfield this summer.
