The Chelsea star has reportedly turned down offers from Newcastle United, West Ham United and Southampton.  Armando Broja is reportedly keen to remain at Chelsea for their first campaign under Mauricio Pochettino. Earlier this week, it was revealed that the academy graduate would not feature in the club's pre-season tour of the United States, a period which includes five friendlies. From the outside, the decision came as a blow to Broja who is currently attempting to get back up to speed after being sidelined since December with a serious knee injury. Chelsea offer first bid to re-sign their £50M rated former Academy star.

Chelsea have made an approach to re-sign Tino Livramento from Southampton, according to reports. Livramento was sold to Southampton in an £5 million deal in 2021, although Chelsea included a £50m buyback option which became active this year. Newcastle United have already expressed an interest in signing the 20-year-old defender this summer but their initial offer of £12m and their improved bid of £21m have both been rejected. According to MailOnline, Southampton are holding out for a £38m fee for Livramento and Chelsea have now held discussions over a move for their former right-back. The report claims that as part of the deal, Chelsea would allow Southampton to keep Livramento on loan for their upcoming season in the Championship. Livramento had not made a first-team appearance for Chelsea before joining Southampton but was highly rated in their academy.
