Victor Osimhen sends transfer message to Chelsea.

Napoli striker Victor Osimhen has insisted Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis will decide his future amid interest from Chelsea. The Nigeria international scored 25 goals in Serie A as Napoli claimed their first league title since 1990. His goal helped Napoli finish an incredible 16 points clear at the top. “I don’t know, the President has to decide that,” Osimhen said. “I love the people of Napoli, they have shown me so much love.
