"One of the best teams!" — Erik Ten Hag gives honest verdict on Chelsea after Manchester United draw.

The  Manchester United boss has given his honest opinion on Chelsea while lauding his side's performance over 'one of the best teams ' in the Premier League.

Erik ten Hag was proud of his team's ability to fight back as Manchester United salvaged a dramatic 1-1 draw with Chelsea in stoppage time at Stamford Bridge.

A 93rd-minute header by Casemiro was enough to cancel out Jorginho's late penalty, ensuring the Red Devils take a point back to Old Trafford. This leaves Ten Hag's men fifth in the Premier League table, but still just a point behind Chelsea in fourth.

In a post match briefing via Football.London, Erik Ten Hag lauded his team for their performance, while describing Chelsea as one of the best teams in the Premier League:

"That was a good part. It's part of our philosophy to dominate games like this and especially when you can do it against a team like Chelsea, one of the best teams in the Premier League. It gives a good feeling."

“I think it was a good game. In the first half, we dominated the game. But also, that is why the opponent switched their system. And they made it a little more difficult for us, like we saw in the last minutes of the first half. In the second half, I think it was even. It was a battle between two teams of the same height. And in the end, I think a point was justified." Ten Hag continued.

On the penalty conceded, Ten Hag said:

“It was deserved. It was tough, when you get so short for time, you get 1-0 down, I think it is really difficult after the fourth game in 10 days to fight back. But the team found their energy and their strength and fought back. And that’s really big for this team.”

“It is what it is and we accept it and we fought back. I have to see. The referee made the decision, we have to accept it and we carry on.”

CONFIRMED: Todd Boehly finally decides on FIVE players who will be leaving Stamford Bridge in the summer.

Todd Boehly has decided he will offload five Chelsea players.  Since taking over as Co-owner of Chelsea, it has not clicked for Todd Boehly despite splashing the cash to sign some of the big names in world football.  Consecutive run of losses and sloppy display from players are two core reasons the Blues will be considering a squad overhaul this summer, and five players will be offloaded. According to a report from the Spanish publication SPORT, it is claimed that Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Hakim Ziyech, Mason Mount, Conor Gallagher and Ruben Loftus-Cheek are being lined up for sale which could raise a whopping £129 million. If the market values of the players in question are met, it would provide the incoming Chelsea manager with a hefty transfer chest to spend and bring in a couple of new faces to bolster the squad over the summer.

Former Chelsea Doctor, Eva Caneiro set to make dazzling return to football with new role in the 2022 World Cup revealed.

Remember Eva Caneiro? The former Chelsea Doctor? The Blues could be seeing her back in football action again, this time, in the World Cup.  One of the major incidents during Mourinho's second spell at Chelsea was the 'dismissal' of the club's Doctor, Eva Caneiro at the time.  Per GiveaMeSport, on the opening weekend of the 2015-16 Premier League campaign, Mourinho clashed with the then-Chelsea physio after she ran onto the pitch alongside colleague Jon Fearn to treat the injured Eden Hazard. Mourinho’s side were drawing 2-2 against Swansea City and the game had entered injury-time when the incident occurred. The revered Portuguese coach was furious with the medics, telling reporters afterwards: “I wasn’t happy with my medical staff because even if you are a medical doctor or secretary on the bench, you have to understand the game.” Mourinho felt that the medical intervention had affected his team’s chances of scoring a late winner and securing two more points.
