£150,000 per-week Chelsea stars set to leave Stamford Bridge following 'growing concerns' over long-term future.

The £150,000 per week stars could leave Stamford Bridge following growing concerns over their long-term stay at the Bridge, per transfer insider, Dean Jones.

Per transfer insider, Dean Jones, Chelsea will let either Kepa Arrizabalaga or Edouard Mendy leave the club following their renewed interest in Jordan Pickford.

There have been continued reports that the Blues are on the hunt for a shot-stopper meaning that one of Kepa Arrizabalaga or Edouard Mendy could be 'concerned' and find another club, per Dean Jones.

Jones does not think Potter is completely unhappy with Kepa and Mendy but still expects one of them to eventually depart Stamford Bridge per GiveMeSport.

Speaking to GIVEMESPORT, the journalist said: “I’m not sure he’s totally unhappy. I mean, they’re both really good goalkeepers and good options.

“I think what he is not sure of is which one is going to be the Chelsea No.1 and which one can convince him that they deserve the shirt, so I personally think that one of Kepa or Mendy will go. At the moment, it’s probably Kepa who will be most concerned.”

Kepa Arrizabalaga has been on red hot form for Chelsea since filling in for the Blues no1 Edouard Mendy before going on an injury. Mendy on the other hand had been a pure shadow of himself, conceding more goals in fewer games since stepping up for the Injured Arrizabalaga at the club. His recent performance in the world cup where he committed two howlers leading to goals from Netherlands is one which is still fresh in mind.

It remains to be seen which goalkeeper will be replaced by Pickford, if Chelsea manage to secure his signature.

CONFIRMED: Todd Boehly finally decides on FIVE players who will be leaving Stamford Bridge in the summer.

Todd Boehly has decided he will offload five Chelsea players.  Since taking over as Co-owner of Chelsea, it has not clicked for Todd Boehly despite splashing the cash to sign some of the big names in world football.  Consecutive run of losses and sloppy display from players are two core reasons the Blues will be considering a squad overhaul this summer, and five players will be offloaded. According to a report from the Spanish publication SPORT, it is claimed that Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Hakim Ziyech, Mason Mount, Conor Gallagher and Ruben Loftus-Cheek are being lined up for sale which could raise a whopping £129 million. If the market values of the players in question are met, it would provide the incoming Chelsea manager with a hefty transfer chest to spend and bring in a couple of new faces to bolster the squad over the summer.
