Graham Potter makes Cristiano Ronaldo transfer decision amid Todd Boehly interest.

Chelsea boss, Graham Potter has given his verdict on whether he wants Cristiano Ronaldo in his team amid interest from Todd Boehly.
Per Sky Sports, Graham Potter does not want Cristiano Ronaldo in his team, like former boss, Thomas Tuchel.

On Sunday night, a controversial interview of Cristiano Ronaldo and his Manchester United situation had stormed the football world, one which will definitely put an end to his stay at Old Trafford.
Per Jacobs Ben of CBS sports, Ronaldo's agent, Jorge Mendes is expected to offer Ronaldo to Chelsea following his potential fall-out with the Old Trafford hierarchy.

It was reported that Graham Potter would have his say on whether he needed Cristiano Ronaldo in his squad given that Todd Boehly is a huge fan of the Portuguese and wanted him at the club in the summer.

Potter's stance is now clear, and per Sky Sports, he does not want Cristiano Ronaldo in his squad:

The reports suggest that Potter is trying to build a progressive team at Chelsea.  Ronaldo's coming could hinder all of such rebuild.

It was reported that one of the primary reasons for Thomas Tuchel's fall-out with interim Sporting Director, Todd Boehly was the German's refusal to include Ronaldo in his options for the summer. It remains to be seen how Todd Boehly will handle Graham Potter’s refusal as well, to let Ronaldo have a chance in his squad rebuild.

CONFIRMED: Todd Boehly finally decides on FIVE players who will be leaving Stamford Bridge in the summer.

Todd Boehly has decided he will offload five Chelsea players.  Since taking over as Co-owner of Chelsea, it has not clicked for Todd Boehly despite splashing the cash to sign some of the big names in world football.  Consecutive run of losses and sloppy display from players are two core reasons the Blues will be considering a squad overhaul this summer, and five players will be offloaded. According to a report from the Spanish publication SPORT, it is claimed that Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Hakim Ziyech, Mason Mount, Conor Gallagher and Ruben Loftus-Cheek are being lined up for sale which could raise a whopping £129 million. If the market values of the players in question are met, it would provide the incoming Chelsea manager with a hefty transfer chest to spend and bring in a couple of new faces to bolster the squad over the summer.
