La Liga giants begin advanced move for £300,000-a-week Chelsea midfielder.

Per reports, the la Liga giants are closely monitoring the midfielder's current situation at Chelsea.

Per offside football, Barcelona are interested in making a move for N'Golo Kanté. The Chelsea midfielder is out of contract next summer and the Blaugrana could grab him on free transfer. A decline in Busquet's output has forced the la Liga giants to go in search of a possible successor for him, with N'Golo top of the list.

Busquet's long stay at Barcelona could also come to an end with the 34-year old also out of contract with Barcelona in 2023.

N'Golo Kanté is currently in negotiations with Chelsea over a new deal and wants to stay at the club. However, he is currently nursing an injury and has been ruled out of the World Cup.

He has been in consistent form before his injury which is a determining factor for his contract as the 31-year old has been battling injuries on a long run.

Issues concerning his contract will be addressed after what world cup, and ultimately when he's back from injury.
