Two key players missing from today's final training session ahead of Dinamo Zagreb clash.

 The Blues were back in training at Cobham today ahead of Wednesday's clash vs Dinamo Zagreb and there were two notable absentees. 

Kepa and Mateo Kovacic were two players notably absent from today's training session ahead of Dinamo Zagreb on Wednesday. The Blues will be back in Champions League action and could be back without their key midfielder and goalkeeper. They take on Croatian side Dinamo Zagreb who were the only team in Group E to have beaten the Blues

Kepa was withdrawn from Saturday's game vs Brighton at halftime due to foot injury as updated by Graham Potter. Kovacic on the other hand had left Austria with a calf problem but played full time against Brighton. Both stars were absent from training today.

Academy star, Eddie Beach was selected to replace Kepa in training today alongside third choice goalkeeper, Marcus Bettinelli. Youngsters Dion Rankine, Zak Sturge and Lewis Hall were also called up to first team training today

Wesley Fofana, Reece James and N'Golo Kanté remain long-term absentees, with the former pair flown to Dubai to speed up recovery in time for world cup

Graham Potter will update on the team news to face Zagreb today by 3pm UK time today. He will be joined by Armando Broja.
