Chelsea fans notice TWO things Denis Zakaria brilliantly did in 2—0 win vs Bournemouth.

Denis Zakaria put up a masterclass performance against Bournemouth and did two things so brilliantly that it impressed Chelsea fans.

After losing three straight games before the World Cup break, pressure was on Graham Potter to win his last Chelsea game of the year, upon their return to Premier League action. The Chelsea coach made some changes in the starting XI, and one of such notable changes was that of Denis Zakaria. The Swiss international was handed his first Premier League debut since joining on loan from Juventus and did not disappoint. He put up an excellent performance that left many Chelsea fans stunned.

Two notable things Zakaria did:

Zakaria restored balance to the Chelsea midfield and brought out the best in Jorginho. In a Chelsea midfield that lacked N'Golo Kanté and Mateo Kovacic, Denis Zakaria did his best to fill in. Like Kanté, he made breath-taking tackles while committing zero fouls in the process, an act that made many spectators wonder why he's always been left on the bench all the while.

Here are more reactions from the Chelsea fanbase on Denis Zakaria's performance against Bournemouth last night:

A convincing performance that should make him a regular starter:

A convincing game:

Definitely a game Denis Zakaria will look back and be proud of!

CONFIRMED: Todd Boehly finally decides on FIVE players who will be leaving Stamford Bridge in the summer.

Todd Boehly has decided he will offload five Chelsea players.  Since taking over as Co-owner of Chelsea, it has not clicked for Todd Boehly despite splashing the cash to sign some of the big names in world football.  Consecutive run of losses and sloppy display from players are two core reasons the Blues will be considering a squad overhaul this summer, and five players will be offloaded. According to a report from the Spanish publication SPORT, it is claimed that Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Hakim Ziyech, Mason Mount, Conor Gallagher and Ruben Loftus-Cheek are being lined up for sale which could raise a whopping £129 million. If the market values of the players in question are met, it would provide the incoming Chelsea manager with a hefty transfer chest to spend and bring in a couple of new faces to bolster the squad over the summer.
