The Chelsea star has revealed he would love to re-unite with Thomas Tuchel at Bayern Munich.

Chelsea forward, Kai Havertz has hinted he would love to re-unite with Thomas Tuchel at Bayern Munich. Havertz had been instrumental under the former Chelsea boss, and was crucial to all three of the club's title wins during his spell.

Speaking to a podcast run by Bild, Havertz talked in glowing terms about his former boss: "In the first six months [at Chelsea], I struggled to acclimatise, but under Thomas Tuchel things changed. We were ninth in the league, but ended [the season] in fourth and won the Champions League. He definitely made me a better player."

When asked why he didn't join Bayern in 2020, Havertz said: "Bayern is a huge club and for me, especially as a German, it's difficult to say no - but my goal has always been to play abroad and see a new country." However, the allure remains. Indeed, saying no "would still be difficult!"

As for reuniting with Tuchel, Havertz revealed that the two "had a very good relationship..."Working with him again? I’d like it! You never know what will happen in football."

Antonio Conte has told Tottenham to sign the Bayer Leverkusen star. Hincapie, 20, featured in three of Ecuador's opening games in the world cup and his impressive performance for both club and country has attracted interest from both London clubs. Chelsea are said to be in the market for a left-sided central defender and per reports, have opened talks with the likes of Josko Gvardiol and AS Monaco's Benoit Bardiashile, but Hincapie is also a player of interest. The Blues could now face stiff competition from Tottenham as Spurs boss Conte has identified Hincapie as a player who would suit his style of play. Tottenham are said to be exploring options to sign him. Leverkusen signed Hincapie from Argentinean Club Atletico Talleres for around £7 million in the summer of 2021.
