"Big admirers": West Ham United keen on signing two Chelsea stars to re-inforce their attack.

West Ham United want to reinforce both their midfield and attack. They are big admirers of the Chelsea duo.

West Ham are “big admirers” of Chelsea pair Conor Gallagher and Callum Hudson-Odoi, according to ExWHUEmployee.

The Hammers insider claims that the two players are very much on the club’s radar, although there is still a great deal of “uncertainty” about the club’s transfer targets due to doubts about the future of manager David Moyes:

"With the arrival of Pochettino this summer there are players that are being made available by them as they undertake a clear-out. Players to keep an eye on are Conor Gallagher and Callum Hudson-Odoi as we are known to be big admirers. The fact they are set to be moved on is a big appeal to West Ham.

"However, I must stress that with a lot of uncertainty at present with our manager’s future, a possible new Director of Football appointment, European football next season and our captain’s future currently unknown – any target list will not be confirmed once things settle down.”

West Ham’s interest in Gallagher is widely known. The Irons were linked with the England international last year, along with Newcastle and Crystal Palace, are they tried to secure his services on loan.

The midfielder was also reportedly the subject of a £45m bid from Everton in January and, while it was rejected at the time, it is believed Chelsea would be open to selling for a similar figure this summer.

Ex’s claim that the club are pursuing Hudson-Odoi, though, is a fresh development. The winger has been out on loan at Bayer Leverkusen this season but he struggled to make an impact.

With Chelsea keen to raise funds, there is a strong possibility that the 22-year-old will be let go for a reasonable price, and it looks as if West Ham will be at the front of the queue to snap him up.

CONFIRMED: Todd Boehly finally decides on FIVE players who will be leaving Stamford Bridge in the summer.

Todd Boehly has decided he will offload five Chelsea players.  Since taking over as Co-owner of Chelsea, it has not clicked for Todd Boehly despite splashing the cash to sign some of the big names in world football.  Consecutive run of losses and sloppy display from players are two core reasons the Blues will be considering a squad overhaul this summer, and five players will be offloaded. According to a report from the Spanish publication SPORT, it is claimed that Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Hakim Ziyech, Mason Mount, Conor Gallagher and Ruben Loftus-Cheek are being lined up for sale which could raise a whopping £129 million. If the market values of the players in question are met, it would provide the incoming Chelsea manager with a hefty transfer chest to spend and bring in a couple of new faces to bolster the squad over the summer.
