"Not for sale!" Mauricio Pochettino rejects bid for £50M Chelsea man; insists he's part of his plans and not for sale.

The Blues have rejected a bid from PL rivals West Ham United for Conor Gallagher per theHardTackle. This comes after Mauricio Pochettino insisted the Chelsea midfielder was an integral part of his plans.

“In football, anything can happen," he added when asked about Gallagher in particular. "Now I am happy with him and his performance there are still two years on his contract.

“I’m happy with him and his performance. At the moment there’s nothing to say.”

NOW, Per new reports, West Ham United will no longer push for the services of the 23-year-old Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher.

According to transfer ITK West Ham Football, Conor Gallagher wants to stay at Chelsea. The 23-year-old midfielder wants to fight for his spot despite reports suggesting that the player is expected to be on the move in the ongoing summer. With the player keen on continuing at Chelsea, West Ham United have decided to drop their interest in the England international.

The Hammers recently completed the sale of their skipper Declan Rice. The 24-year-old was keen on making the move to a bigger club, and he had already informed the club about his desire months back.

With his move to Arsenal done and dusted, West Ham have a huge task of filling the void left by the departure of the England international. They have earned a significant amount from this transfer and are now looking to make full use of it and bolster their squad.

However, their priority is to sign multiple midfielders to ensure they can cope with the absence of Rice. And, one of their targets was Chelsea’s Conor Gallagher.

The 23-year-old has been at Chelsea since his childhood days. He has come up the ranks over the years and has been subject to multiple loan moves. The England international came into the limelight during his loan spell at Crystal Palace during the 2021/22 season.

Gallagher had an exceptional season while on loan and as a result, he was promoted to Chelsea’s first team ahead of the 2022/23 season. He ended up featuring in 45 matches and even contributed towards four goals. He was on the pitch for over 2,000 minutes.

Despite having a decent first season with the Blues first team, his future at the club was uncertain. Multiple reports suggested that the player was ready to part ways with the club amidst uncertainty around his place in their first team.

But, according to a recent report, Gallagher has made it clear that he wants to stay at his childhood club and fight for his spot. Despite Chelsea pushing for a few more signings in the centre of the park, the 23-year-old is ready to fight for his place. With the player making his stance pretty clear, West Ham have dropped their interest in his services and will now focus elsewhere.

CONFIRMED: Todd Boehly finally decides on FIVE players who will be leaving Stamford Bridge in the summer.

Todd Boehly has decided he will offload five Chelsea players.  Since taking over as Co-owner of Chelsea, it has not clicked for Todd Boehly despite splashing the cash to sign some of the big names in world football.  Consecutive run of losses and sloppy display from players are two core reasons the Blues will be considering a squad overhaul this summer, and five players will be offloaded. According to a report from the Spanish publication SPORT, it is claimed that Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Hakim Ziyech, Mason Mount, Conor Gallagher and Ruben Loftus-Cheek are being lined up for sale which could raise a whopping £129 million. If the market values of the players in question are met, it would provide the incoming Chelsea manager with a hefty transfer chest to spend and bring in a couple of new faces to bolster the squad over the summer.
