Per new reports, Liverpool owner has flown into London and has launched a fresh petition against Chelsea regarding their spending under Todd Boehly.This is according to Journalist and media person Felix Johnston.

The report suggests Liverpool have prepared information to officially report Chelsea to the Premier League if they get confidence from talks.
This comes after Chelsea's recent dealings that saw Moises Caicedo make a U-turn from joining the Reds in an £115M move as opposed to Liverpool's £110M.
