Three Chelsea players who have still not spoken with Mauricio Pochettino over their future at the club.

Three Chelsea players have still not even spoken to Mauricio Pochettino.

In addition to Romelu Lukaku, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Malang Sarr have not spoken to Mauricio Pochettino since his arrival at Stamford Bridge.

That is according to the Evening Standard.

So, what is the situation involving Malang Sarr and Callum Hudson-Odoi at Chelsea? Let’s take a look…

What’s the story?

Well, Lukaku not speaking to Pochettino has already been well documented in Italian news outlets as well as the Telegraph here in England.

However, there has been no mention of any other Chelsea player blanking the Argentine – until now.

The Evening Standard believe Sarr and Hudson-Odoi have not said a single word to Pochettino since he replaced Frank Lampard in west London, as both players still find themselves with uncertain futures at Chelsea.

All three players are currently training with the Under-21 side at Chelsea as they await their destiny.

Chelsea remain in talks with Juventus over a deal for Lukaku, according to the Telegraph, while Fulham agreed personal terms with Hudson-Odoi only to back out of the deal, as revealed by Tom Roddy of The Times.

In regards to Sarr, the Frenchman could join Strasbourg – according to journalist Andreas Korssund – after Todd Boehly completed a full takeover of the Ligue 1 side.

However, the Evening Standard believe the defender does not have many offers on the table due to his £100,000-a-week wages.

Chelsea have to find a way to offload Lukaku, Sarr and Hudson-Odoi

Putting finances aside for a moment, no manager wants to have three senior players training with the Under-21 side for months. It can create a poor atmosphere around the training ground, and also allow negativity to seep into the dressing room.

However, the need to offload Lukaku, Sarr and Hudson-Odoi is even greater for Boehly and Pochettino, as the trio earn a huge amount of money.

Sarr, as aforesaid, is handed £100,000-a-week by Chelsea.

That means Chelsea spend £2.3m every month just to pay the unwanted trio, which is frankly ridiculous.

Hopefully, all three find new homes before the transfer window slams shut.

CONFIRMED: Todd Boehly finally decides on FIVE players who will be leaving Stamford Bridge in the summer.

Todd Boehly has decided he will offload five Chelsea players.  Since taking over as Co-owner of Chelsea, it has not clicked for Todd Boehly despite splashing the cash to sign some of the big names in world football.  Consecutive run of losses and sloppy display from players are two core reasons the Blues will be considering a squad overhaul this summer, and five players will be offloaded. According to a report from the Spanish publication SPORT, it is claimed that Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Hakim Ziyech, Mason Mount, Conor Gallagher and Ruben Loftus-Cheek are being lined up for sale which could raise a whopping £129 million. If the market values of the players in question are met, it would provide the incoming Chelsea manager with a hefty transfer chest to spend and bring in a couple of new faces to bolster the squad over the summer.

Former Chelsea Doctor, Eva Caneiro set to make dazzling return to football with new role in the 2022 World Cup revealed.

Remember Eva Caneiro? The former Chelsea Doctor? The Blues could be seeing her back in football action again, this time, in the World Cup.  One of the major incidents during Mourinho's second spell at Chelsea was the 'dismissal' of the club's Doctor, Eva Caneiro at the time.  Per GiveaMeSport, on the opening weekend of the 2015-16 Premier League campaign, Mourinho clashed with the then-Chelsea physio after she ran onto the pitch alongside colleague Jon Fearn to treat the injured Eden Hazard. Mourinho’s side were drawing 2-2 against Swansea City and the game had entered injury-time when the incident occurred. The revered Portuguese coach was furious with the medics, telling reporters afterwards: “I wasn’t happy with my medical staff because even if you are a medical doctor or secretary on the bench, you have to understand the game.” Mourinho felt that the medical intervention had affected his team’s chances of scoring a late winner and securing two more points.
