Mauricio Pochettino has succeeded in these THREE key areas where Thomas Tuchel and Graham Potter failed at Chelsea.

Mauricio Pochettino has succeeded in these three key areas where Graham Potter and Tuchel failed, combined. While many Chelsea fans lack hope in the Mauricio Pochettino project following the Blues' current run of results, they fail to realize that on the brighter side, the Argentine has had a huge impact on some elements of the club's football.   Pochettino had taken over Chelsea during something of a time of crisis. The Blues spent £600m in the previous two transfer windows and still somehow finished 12th in the Premier League. Chelsea ran through three managers last season but decided Pochettino is the man to rebuild them. Although the club is still going through transition, three notable things have changed under Mauricio Pochettino's era, as not seen in the time of Thomas Tuchel or Graham Potter.  1. Coach-player relationship:  There is a healthy bond between players and the coaches. We now clearly see players enjoying their football under Mauricio Pochettino. Poor or

Six Chelsea players who impressed very well against Brighton and should be undroppable.

Six Chelsea players who impressed most vs Brighton.  Chelsea returned to action in the EFL cup on Wednesday after their disappointing defeat against Aston Villa. The Blues sealed a win after a very crucial goal from Nicolas Jackson following a beautiful assist from Cole Palmer in the 51st minute.  The game was an eye opener as many players who had not had minutes starred for the Blues and were unexpectedly incredible.  Apart from Nicolas Jackson, five other players were incredibly impressive for Chelsea. Following their performance against Brighton, it is pertinent to say that these six players should start the Blues' next game against Fulham on Monday.  These six players include: Cole Palmer, Marc Cucurella, Nicolas Jackson (inclusive), Axel Disasi, Levi Colwill and Moises Caicedo. Per reliable stats, following Wednesday night's outing, these were the overall plàyer stats: GOOD (7.0-7.9): Palmer (7.9), Jackson (7.3) AVERAGE (6.0-6.9): Cucurella (6.9), Colwill (6.8), Mudryk (6.

"Please Sign him." Enzo Fernandez begs Chelsea Board to sign ONE ‘great player’ to the Chelsea team to help him because he understands him better.

Enzo Fernandez begs Chelsea Board to sign ‘Just one great player’ to the Chelsea team to help him because he understands him better. Enzo Fernandez may have sent a message to the Club in the past to keep Joao Felix but his plea definitely fell on deaf ears.  Enzo Fernández had revealed he wants the Chelsea board to complete the permanent signing of Joao Felix earlier in March.  Felix joined the Blues on a loan deal in the summer and has since impressed offensively. Enzo Fernández thought he is one player the Blues should keep.  He had said: "When you get on with someone off the field it helps on the field to have that special connection,’ Fernandez said of Felix. ‘He’s a great player, isn’t he? A fantastic player. He’s got lots of ability and loads of qualities. 'He’s a key player for us, an important player and he’s on loan. Let’s hope that CHELSEA can do all they can to keep hold of him come June, that would be great. Fernandez had also dismissed concerns his sensational pri

Enzo Fernández names the Chelsea star that has impressed him the most since joining the Club.

Enzo Fernández has been clearly impressed by one particular Chelsea star. Enzo Fernández has revealed he is a massive fan of his new teammate Moises Caicedo. Many supporters at Chelsea were praying the club spent big to try and bring in the best possible partner for Fernandez going forward. The World Cup winner has been sensational up to now, however last season in particular it became clear that he didn’t really have a strong partner to play with. It looked as if it was going to be one of Caicedo or Romeo Lavia joining the club, with both the Blues and Liverpool in fierce negotiations with both players. However, it was Chelsea that ended up with both players, leaving the Reds to go back into the market late on. In the three games Caicedo has played in the league, he has had unfortunate moments that have been punished to go alongside assured performances throughout the majority. Enzo is full of praise for his new teammate, having only met him a few weeks’ ago. He said: “Moises is a gr

Mauricio Pochettino reveals what he told 'furious' Thiago Silva after Bournemouth clash.

Mauricio Pochettino reveals what he told furious Thiago Silva during Chelsea stalemate Mauricio Pochettino has revealed what he told Thiago Silva during Chelsea's 0-0 draw against Bournemouth after the centre-back began to grow frustrated with his teammates n  Mauricio Pochettino urged Thiago Silva to be "more relaxed" after the veteran centre-back expressed his annoyance at his Chelsea team-mates during their 0-0 draw at Bournemouth. Silva cut a frustrated figure moments before half-time at the Vitality Stadium. The 39-year-old was in possession at the back after receiving the ball from Robert Sanchez, but there was a severe lack of options when he looked forward. There did not seem to be a pass on for Silva, who bellowed "come on" to his players. This was a common theme throughout the game, however, as Chelsea struggled to string together passes in the forward areas and created few clear-cut opportunities. Raheem Sterling came the closest when his free-kick cr

"Wrong project." Kepa Arrizabalaga reveals how Mauricio Pochettino played major role in his move to Real Madrid.

Kepa Arrizabalaga revealed he left Chelsea in this summer after growing disillusioned with Todd Boehly's 'project' as he felt he needed a change of scenery. The Spaniard joined Real Madrid on loan last month, with Los Blancos needing to replace Thibaut Courtois after the Belgian ruptured his ACL. Speaking to Spanish radio COPE, Kepa delivered a thinly-veiled criticism of Boehly's spending spree and admitted he did not have to think twice about leaving Chelsea. 'I felt it was time for a change of scenery,' he said. 'I wanted to stay, but I felt that the project was not the right one.' Chelsea have spent over £1billion on players since Boehly took control of the club last year as Clearlake bought 60 per cent of Chelsea in a £4.25bn takeover. The Blues splashed £350m on players this summer, breaking the British transfer record to sign Moises Caicedo from Brighton in a deal worth £115m seven months after setting the previous record when they signed Enzo Fer

£29M Chelsea player "upset" with Mauricio Pochettino over what he has just done.

£29m Chelsea player is now surely upset by what Mauricio Pochettino has just done. Noni Madueke may be feeling quite down at Chelsea after Mauricio Pochettino agreed to sign Cole Palmer from Manchester City. The Telegraph believe the Argentine has green lighted the £45m move, and Fabrizio Romano adds that the 21-year-old will undergo a medical in London on Thursday.  So, why might Noni Madueke be upset to see Cole Palmer join him at Chelsea? Let’s take a look… What’s the story? Well, the Chelsea No.11 is actually good friends with the England Under-21 international. Madueke commented the word “proud” on Palmer’s Instagram after he scored in the UEFA Super Cup win over Sevilla midway through August, after the pair rose through the England youth ranks together. Palmer himself then celebrated Madueke’s goal against AFC Wimbledon on Wednesday with an Instagram comment of his own. While Madueke may be pleased to see his pal arrive at Stamford Bridge from a social point of view, he is surely
