Havertz had been instrumental under the former Chelsea boss, and was crucial to all three of the club's title wins during his spell.  Speaking to a podcast run by Bild, Havertz talked in glowing terms about his former boss: "In the first six months [at Chelsea], I struggled to acclimatise, but under Thomas Tuchel things changed. Recall the former Chelsea Manager was appointed Bayern Munich Manager on Friday, following the sack of Julian Nagelsmann.  Per new reports, he wants both Mateo Kovacic and Edouard Mendy to join him at his new club. The duo were an integral part of Tuchel's squad during his time at Chelsea.
